Each facility offers a variety of services including:Long and short-term care Rehabilitative therapie sAlzheimer’s and intermediate care Skilled nursing Mental health services Centralized pharmacy services And more Qualifications: Veterans, their spouses and Gold Star parents are eligible for admission into the veterans homes if they are deemed to meet basic qualifying criteria. Before applying: Download and print the Medical Information Sheet to be filled in by a doctor or nurse.
