Established in 1952, the Veterans Home in Holyoke, formerly the Soldiers’ Home in Holyoke, is a long-term health care facility available to eligible veterans of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Our mission is to provide ‘Care with Honor and Dignity’ in the best possible health care environment.
