Parent Organization: United States Coast Guard
Description: While the Coast Guard does not have a traditional ROTC program, it offers the College Student Pre-Commissioning Initiative (CSPI), which functions similarly to ROTC. This program targets students in their sophomore or junior years and offers full funding for their education in exchange for service in the U.S. Coast Guard. Upon graduation, participants commission as officers.
Scholarships Available: CSPI covers full tuition, books, and fees, and also provides a salary during school.
