Norfolk Veterans Home

Norfolk Veterans’ Home (NVH) was opened in our current location on November 27, 2001. The facility provides Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Care, and is licensed for 159 beds. All veterans who received an honorable or general discharge and have lived in Nebraska at least two years during their lifetime are eligible for admission.

The Alabama Department of Veterans Affairs currently contracts with Health Management Resources Governmental Services, Inc. to provide care to the veterans in the State’s three State Veterans Homes. The Veterans’ Home at LaSalle has been home to resident veterans since 1990. Located on the northwest side of LaSalle in LaSalle County, the home offers space for 190 resident veterans including rooms for those requiring memory care. Amenities:Along with excellent food and well-equipped living quarters, Illinois Veterans’ Home at LaSalle provides medical and skilled nursing care, recreational and rehabilitative therapy, social services and pastoral services.
