Utah State Veterans Nursing Home – Salt Lake City

The Utah Department of Veterans Affairs is responsible for the supervision and operation of the facility. The Department conducts its business through an onsite State Officer who is responsible for liaison with federal and state agencies and for ensuring that the contractor performs in accordance with the terms of the management contract. The Department contracts with a private nursing home management corporation to manage and operate the facility on a day-to-day basis.

The new 120-bed state veterans’ home is located at 13000 SW Tradition Parkway, Port St. Lucie, FL 34987 in the Port St. Lucie community of Tradition. St. Lucie County began the process of having the state’s seventh Veterans Nursing Home located in the Tradition area back in 2014 after Tradition Land Company donated the 28 acres for the project.
