Edward C. Allworth Oregon Veterans’ Home Two years after opening, the new Oregon Veterans’ Home in Lebanon reached full occupancy and earned the Bronze Excellence in Quality Award for superior performance in the long-term and post-acute care profession. The Home also was awarded the 2019 Silver National Quality Award by the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living. The Lebanon facility was one of only three in the state of Oregon to receive this distinction from the AHCA/NCAL. State Home link
